- If Can’t Attend
We know life happens! If you are unable to attend an event you’ve fully paid for, please inform us at least 2 days in advance. We will gladly shift your booking to the next session (one-time only). Late requests will be handled with care at our management’s discretion.
- If We Have to Cancel
In rare cases where we may need to cancel or reschedule consultancy due to unavoidable circumstances, you will always have the choice of a transfer to the next available date & time. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
